Hi ​@Carol Healey ,

We would only take two payments if there was two plans held by you. Are the Direct Debit reference numbers different? As this would indicate that you have a second plan with us.

My last bill is too much as I upgrade my plan from 10 per month to 16 per month why you payment take 41 pounds!!

Thank you for contacting us. I can see that your plan was upgraded from £10 to £16 per month. The higher amount on your last bill is likely due to:

-The prorated charge for the old plan up to the upgrade date.

-The new plan charge for the remainder of the billing period.

-Any outstanding balance or one-off charges.
