Please can someone advise,I've set up a DD on a few occasions in the last years but it never takes the DD and I have to pay manually, it's also noticed that I'm missing payments on my credit register when I'm not. Today is the same been cut of as i haven't paid and told Todo so immediately, which I always do on that day but then sometimes my phone doesn't work for hours ! To add a little more misery on what should be a straight forward payment i get at least 2 mgs from ID mobile everyday telling my my DD has been reinstated. This is clearly an error as I shouldn't be receiving these as my DD has always been active. Without speaking to a human I've tried everything my end to fix this !
