can u please take the payment out my bank from direct debit

if the Direct Debit was not active when we attempted to collect the payment, the bill would need to be paid manually this time. Once your Direct Debit has been set up and is active on the account, future payments should then be collected automatically.

 

You can activate or manage your Direct Debit through the iD Mobile app.

  1. Log in to the iD Mobile app.
  2. Go to “My Account”.
  3. Select “Manage Direct Debit”.
  4. Enter your bank details.
  5. Confirm the setup request.

 

To make a manual payment, you can:

  • Dial 0333 003 0001, or 7777 from your iD Mobile phone, then select option 2 followed by option 1.
  • Enter the amount you’d like to pay and then your card details.

Alternatively, if you do not have access to your iD Mobile number, you can call 0333 003 0001 to make the payment.

 

These options are quick, secure, and available without needing to speak to an agent.
