payments with my phone bill

Hello so.i am trying to pay something with my.phone  bill but unfortunately not successful?

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble charging a purchase to your phone bill.

    Could you please confirm what you're trying to purchase and the error message you're receiving? Also, please let us know whether you're trying to use Charge to Mobile.
