Its took the money out of my account twice for my phone bill, im not happy with this can you cancel the pending transaction please.

Direct debits don’t get debited twice. Have you recently upgraded? It sounds like you have a second plan with iD Mobile.

Wasnt a direct debit… i paid said it didnt do go through so paid again so took it out my account twice can i please request a refund says i have credit but dont want that.

Why didn’t you add that important bit of information to your original post? If the payments are showing as pending, then they haven’t cleared and one or both may drop off your statement in a few days’ time. If both payments do go through, speak to a live chat agent and ask them to process a refund.

Just make sure that both payments have cleared; otherwise, your bill will go unpaid, which could result in your services being restricted and a late or missed payment marker being added to your credit file.

says live chat is unavailable…would be any chance you can process the refund.

Nobody here can process a refund. It has to be done via live chat.
