Hello, how long do I have left on my plan? 

I cannot afford my plan any more and wondered if there was anything I can do regarding this

Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to hear you’re finding the cost difficult at the moment.

 

You can check how long you have left on your plan with iD Mobile by doing the following:

 

📱 How to check your contract end date

In the iD Mobile app:

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to My Plan
  3. Select your active plan
  4. Look for “Minimum term end date” or “Contract end date”

 

🌐 Alternatively online:

  1. Log into your iD Mobile account
  2. Go to Plan details
  3. View your contract information

⚠️ Important information about ending your contract early

 

If you are still within your minimum term, please note that under your contract terms, you are required to pay the remaining monthly charges until the end of your agreement if you choose to leave early.

 

This is outlined in the terms and conditions as an early termination charge, which covers the remaining line rental for your contract period.
