phone bill not coming out on date set

Phone bill is sent to come out on the 2nd of every month 

this does not happen it's now the 9th June and it still hasn't been taken from my account. 
I under stand when it the weekend but should it not come out the next working day? 
 

can I talk to a member of the team to sort this out please
