Hi there I have had a few messages about my bill and it’s been suspended how do I pay for my bill as my ex was paying for it on the half of mine

If the contract is in your name, you can contact us and we can assist further, or you can make payment via logging into the iD Mobile app/website, or via calling our automated phone-line on 0333 003 7777.

 

If the contract is in your Ex’s name, we’d need him to contact us directly himself to pass security, or to make payment via a method above.
