I bought a iPhone 17 through mobiles.co.uk, wasn't happy so returned the phone. The phone was returned, accepted and I have an email to confirm this.
I have had a bill for over £900 and I can't get hold of anyone to help, I have received an email today to say I need to pay or will have debt collectors..
I am very worried mainly because there isn't a number to call, live chat says no one is available and I have no idea what to do!!
Please help me
