Hello, I would like help about my plan. I had already paid my bill for this month on the 2nd April, as you can see in my bills. I cannot afford to pay it out again today and my account has been suspended. I’m currently in hospital with a lot of health conditions, I’ve just been diagnosed with heart failure and liver failure. Also been told I can no longer work because of this. Could my suspension come off please as I can no longer talk to family or friends while my long stay in hospital
