Hi my contract has ended but my bill hasn't gone down,  i thought once I had finished my contract and paid for the phone my bill would be less a month

    I understand why you would expect your bill to reduce now that your minimum contract term has ended.

    Please note that once your contract ends, your plan does not automatically reduce in price. Instead, it continues on a rolling basis at the same monthly charge unless you change your plan. This is why your bill may appear the same even after your 24-month term has finished.

     

    If you would like to reduce your monthly cost, you can:

    Move to a SIM-only plan, which is often cheaper
    Upgrade or change your tariff to a different available offer
