please can i be granted an early upgrade im due an upgrade in the next 2 weeks i will be on holiday at that time and would like to upgrade early also i want to refer a freind

    I’m sorry for any inconvenience, and I understand you’d like to upgrade a little earlier due to going on holiday soon.

    We’re unable to guarantee early upgrades in advance, as upgrade eligibility is calculated based on your account and contract status at the time of processing. However, you may still be able to check for any early upgrade options available by logging into your account.

    Regarding your friend referral, you can still refer a friend through our referral scheme once your upgrade or new plan is completed, provided both accounts meet the eligibility criteria.
