please can I request an extension for paying this months bill

I recently received an unexpected vet bill, which affected my budget. Would it be possible to extend my payment deadline to 16.11.2025? I am also waiting for a call regarding radiotherapy, and if I miss the call, I won't be able to return it. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
