Posted to USA for 1-2 years with British Army and ID mobile wont lause

Hello,

 

Any advice for this issue please?

I am in the British Army and have been posted to the US for 2 years. I have approx 12 months left on my contract which was for Pixel 9 Pro and includes minutes/data.

I called ID and explained this, and said I was obviously happy to keep paying back my phone, but could they pause the "SIM" usage charges. They said it was not possible.

They're a member of the Armed forces covenant so it was a bit dissapointing as I'll now be paying to use a UK.phome for a minimum of 12 months while I'm not here.

Any tips?

Hello, I've just checked actually and now I remember it was on the phone not email. I tried to raise the issue and they didn't get it.

Can you recommend someone I can speak to on this issue further?
