I am trying to set up direct debit payment but my app is telling me I have an outstanding balance. I've just paid it twice and my app is still telling me I owe a payment.
I now think that I have overpaid by £10 and that you now either owe me the money or I have paid my next month's bill in advance.
Can someone please get back to me informing me whether I:
Have paid my bill and how I can now set up my direct debit
Have in fact paid too much and if so whether this can be put forward and just pay off my June bill now.
