charging me extra for ‘pro rats’ however my upgraded phone hasn’t even been delivered so how can you charge me from the date i ordered when it takes minimum 10 days to even arrive?! 
 

Terrible Customer service, and no loyalty for existing customers.

We are sorry for the frustration this has caused. I understand how upsetting it is to see charges applied before you’ve even received your upgraded phone, and I completely appreciate your concerns.

Kindly note, when you upgrade your device or plan through the iD Mobile app or website, the new contract and tariff take effect immediately upon the upgrade being processed or dispatched, rather than when the device is delivered.
