I recently changed to sim only after my contract was up, the new sim only is £14 but you changed me £51 which was my contract price and said it will be spread out to pay my next bill. What will happen to the £34 if I was to upgrade to a contract again. Will this £34 be refunded to me?

Any overpayment that has been credited back to your account will normally remain as account credit and be used towards your future bills. If you upgrade to a new phone contract, any remaining credit would continue to be used towards your upcoming bills.

If you would prefer to have the remaining credit refunded to you instead, please contact our Live Chat team and they can check the account and arrange this where applicable.
