I need to get proof of purchase to claim my free gift, can anyone assist please?

 

I've tried the chatbot but it kept disconnecting...

I have tried 4 times to use the chat and been disconnected before speaking to an advisor every time. Keen to get this sorted asap, are you able to assist?

To get your proof of purchase, the quickest way is to contact our Live Chat team via the iD Mobile website: www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat. Just let the chatbot know you’d like to “talk to a person” and mention you need proof of purchase for your gift claim. [community....bile.co.uk]

As previously stated, I have tried this 4 times already so it isn't the quickest or easiest way is it?

 

I just want a proof of purchase for my recent upgrade so I can claim my free gift. 

 

As it stands currently, if I can't get this sorted today I may have to cancel my contract with you due to the customer service I'm receiving.
