ID just tried to charge me £15.23 for no specific reason that I can imagine? I paid my phone bill which is 3x that earlier today, so it’s not related to that. I don’t know what this charge is for and quite frankly your system as far as finding things out is awful. I’d really like to know what this is about since I don’t want to pay more than I owe each month, and if it’s charged to my account again I will just be paying off my phone bill completely and changing contracts to a company that actually has a customer service option, that isn’t completely public.
