random charge added to bill

my plan is £8 a month but this month i needed to add on £10 more of data. but now my bill is £43 with an added £25 of data, texts and call. when i have unlimited texts and calls. and got more data before i ran out

    Sorry for the confusion.

    Your plan includes unlimited calls and texts, so those won’t be charged.

    The higher bill is due to data add-ons added during the month (each one is charged separately, e.g. £10 + £25).
     

    Please check:
    • iD Mobile app → Billing → Itemised charges
