Why have I been notified I have reached my call limit on my unlimited call plan.

Thank you for sharing.

If you’re on an unlimited calls plan, this message usually means you’ve tried to call a number that isn’t included in your standard allowance (for example, certain international numbers, premium-rate or special service numbers).

In those cases, the call is blocked once your bill cap is reached, even on an “unlimited” plan.

You can try adjusting your bill cap in the iD Mobile app or My iD account to allow more spending on these types of calls.
