Recieving text notifications for roaming

I keep receiving text messages from id saying 'Calling abroad from the UK is chargeable and is not included in your standard allowances or add-ons. For international calling rates, please visit our international call charges page: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/international-and-roaming-charges'

I have also logged into the app for my account and it says my upcoming bill has some additional charges (however I cannot see what they are for). I have not been out of the country so I want to check if I'd thinks I am roaming and are charging me (I have turned off roaming on my device). There seems to be no way to contact ID for this help.

Review whether your number has made any international calls, Check for any possible accidental roaming events. Advise you on how to block international calls completely, explain your bill in more detail once the breakdown is available.
