recover number
Hi, I want to check older bill payments to try recover a number that I had called as the number is important to me.
Thanks.

Hi
iD Mobile doesn't keep a record of your outgoing calls that we can access from the Community. However, you may be able to find the number you're looking for by checking the itemised bill for the month when the call was made.
To view your bill:
- Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account.
- Go to Bills.
- Select the bill for the month in question.
- Open the itemised bill (if available).
- Review the list of calls, texts and charges to see whether the number appears there.
If you're unable to locate the bill or need assistance accessing historical billing information, please contact our Customer Service Team via Live Chat: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat
