recurring credit card payment, instead of direct debit

Does anyone know how one can change the monthly direct debit payment, to monthly recurring credit card payments instead of direct debit? How do you insert the credit card number in absence of the sort code and account number details. And this is not a one-off payment, this is recurring (same as direct debit)

Hi @justkri,

Unfortunately, iD Mobile bills are designed to be paid by Direct Debit from a bank account, which means you'll need an account that has a sort code and account number.

If your card doesn't have a sort code and account number attached to it, you won't be able to set it up as a recurring payment method in place of a Direct Debit.

In that situation, you'd need to either:

Use a debit card linked to a bank account and set up a Direct Debit, or
Make manual card payments each month, rather than having an automatic recurring payment.

You can manage your Direct Debit details in the iD Mobile app or My Account if you need to update the bank account used for payments.
