reduce bill as dont need all data

I needs help, I currently have a contract with you guys, which is unlimited everything, I no longer need unlimited everything as the price is abit high for what I can afford to pay, can I reduce the data to a cheaper tarrif please

    Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, we’re unable to simply reduce the monthly cost of your existing contract.

     

    However, you may have a plan change option available that allows you to move from unlimited data to a lower allowance at a more suitable price.
