Referral Reward Less Than Expected

I referred a friend to ID Mobile through your referral reward system, using my referral code.  This friend signed up for a 12 months SIM-Free contract.  The table of rewards advised that on successful acceptance, and after 90 days we would receive £15 each.  We both recently received the reward however, we both only received £7.33 each

Can you explain what has gone wrong with the process?
