Hi 

 

I thought that there was not going to be enough money in my account for my monthly payment for my direct debit so I paid money into my id account the day before. Luckily I did have the money in my bank account so the direct debit was taken but now my ID account is in credit. How do i get the money back that I paid in manually please?

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry for the confusion here I understand why you’d want to get that credit back.

 

If you’ve made a manual payment to your iD Mobile account and it’s now showing as credit, this usually can’t be automatically refunded straight away, as payments are typically held on the account and used against future bills.

 

In situations like this, we’ll need to take a closer look at your account details to confirm the balance and arrange the correct next steps for you.
