Hello, my contract finished back in October 2025, please can you tell me why I was not notified of this and why I have been paying the £45 each month, which increased recently due to tax. I would like to request a refund for all overpayment of bills since my contract finished. I will be looking at getting a new contract out in the next month and if you can not refund me then I will be going elsewhere for this.

Hi @Katie Stacey

Thank you for getting in touch.

I understand your concerns regarding your contract and billing. Once a contract reaches the end of its minimum term, it does not automatically cancel and will continue on a rolling monthly basis at the standard rate unless it is upgraded, changed, or cancelled. This is stated on your contract.

Regarding notifications, we do aim to inform customers when they are approaching the end of their contract, and I’m sorry if this was not received in your case.

In terms of the charges, these would still apply while the service remains active, so refunds are not typically issued for this period. However, I’d be happy to review your account in more detail to confirm everything and explore the best options available to you going forward, including any upgrade offers.
