Refund Not Received After iPhone Return

Hi,

I returned my iPhone 17 Pro Max, and three days later I received a final bill email showing an outstanding balance of £-10.85. I paid £529 upfront, and £29.99 was taken by direct debit from my account. However, I haven’t received any refund yet.

 

Could you please check the status of my refund?

Hi, I’ve received my upfront payment of £529. I also received my final bill of £10.85, but £29.99 was already taken by direct debit. Could you please confirm when the £19.14 refund will be processed? Also, can you confirm that my account and contract have been fully cancelled?
