regarding my payment date and outstanding bill

I was wondering if it would be possible to change my payment date to the 10th of each month as thats my new payday from work and my app states i have a. Outstanding bill that ive payed if i can querie this also

Sorry to hear about the confusion with your payment showing as outstanding.

 

It is possible to change your payment date to better suit your payday (like the 10th of each month), but this isn’t something we’re able to update from our side here on the iD Community. You can usually do this yourself by following the steps below:

 

1. Go to https://my.idmobile.co.uk/login and then login 
2. Click bills
3. Click Manage your payments
4. Click change your payment date
5. Change the date to the desired date, read the T&C's and then click submit. 

T&C's :
Due to the Direct Debit process, payment may come out of your bank account up to 3 working days after your nominated date.
Your Direct Debit payment date will change from your next billing period. So if you've got a Direct Debit payment pending, it'll come out on the original due date.
Your billing period will change to align with your new payment date.
Your allowances will refresh on your new billing date.
Your next billing month will be longer than usual. To ensure you've got enough allowances, they'll be pro-rated during this period (along with your line rental). This means your next bill will be higher than usual. For more information, visit Changing your Direct Debit payment date.
