reinstate services after being cut off again and being stranded in work with no way to contact abyone or anyway of anyone to contact me!!!

Why does ID mobile find it so hard to take payment on the correct day? But when they try to take payment on the incorrect day they instantly cut you off from the world which in fact can be extremely dangerous especially in emergency situations!!!

Payment is taken on or shortly after the due date, which is how direct debits work. Therefore, you’ve been cut off because you haven’t paid your due bill.
