Hello,

I am writing regarding a defaulted iD Mobile account showing on my Experian credit file for the amount of £40. Unfortunately, I no longer have the associated phone number.

Could you please help locate the account using my name, date of birth, and address so I can clear the balance immediately?

Date of Birth: { REMOVED }
Current Address: { REMOVED }

Once located and settled, please confirm in writing that the balance is cleared and the account closed, and if possible update the default entry as a gesture of goodwill because I wasn’t aware of the outstanding balance.

I am contacting you regarding a defaulted account that has appeared on my Experian credit report for the amount of £40 under “ID Mobile Communications”.

Unfortunately, I no longer have the associated iD Mobile number and therefore cannot provide that information. I kindly request your assistance in locating the correct account using the details below:

Current Address:
Flat 3, Elliott House, Elliott Road, Thornton Heath, CR7 7QA 

Previous UK Address (if different within the last 6 years):

I would like to clear the outstanding balance immediately once the account has been confirmed.

Additionally, I kindly request written confirmation once:
✅ The balance is fully settled
✅ The account is closed
✅ The default entry is updated to “Satisfied” or removed as a goodwill gesture

I was unaware of the outstanding balance and never received any notice, so any assistance in updating the credit file would be greatly appreciated.
