Hi there 

I don’t use I’d mobile any more 

im out of uk for almost a year.

i don’t have a sim cart for 6 months 

and still have a bills to pay. 
try to contact you many. Many times with no success 

no response on my emails.

can you please delete my account 

and stop asking me to pay a bills which I don’t have
