renewed plan

Hi i chose a sim only upgrade for my plan { REMOVED } and it looks like it created another plan with another number i just want to be sure that my number will switch as it says error to pac switching onto the new plan my old number and that i will be carrying forward that sim only plan rather than 2 plans

We're really sorry to hear this has happened.

 

From what you've described, it sounds like a new plan may have been taken out rather than an upgrade, which would explain why you've been sent a new number instead of keeping your existing one, we’ll need to arrange a return for the new plan so that you can upgrade accordingly, as iD do not support internal number transfers.
