Reporting contract to Transunion and Equifax

I have been paying the customer and my bills regularly without delay since August 2025. Your contract is currently only being reported on experian and does not appear in the other two credit bar.

How can we solve this problem

Confirm your account details – Make sure your full name, address, and date of birth are correct on your iD Mobile account, as incorrect information can prevent reporting to credit reference agencies.

Check reporting cycles – iD Mobile reports payment history monthly, but different credit reference agencies (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) may update at different times.

Verify account type – Some accounts are only reported to certain agencies. Confirm with us which agencies your account should be reported to.

Thank you for your reply. 
all details is correct. In Experian i see that is reporting correctly. 
my plan is sim only monthly payment and bills issued monthly and i makes payments on time. 
 

How I can check account type?
