reporting old address after update address

I am updated my address and my bill is issuing with my new address, but in reporting to credit agencies, still report old address.

    We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the address showing differently on your bills compared to what is being reported to the credit reference agencies.

     

    Once your address has been updated on your iD Mobile account, this will be reflected on your billing information. However, updates to credit reference agencies are not always immediate, as information is shared through regular reporting cycles.

     

    Please allow time for the information to be updated.
