roam beyond installed twice

Inadvertently added the same roam beyond add on twice, I can see this in the bill. This shouldn't be possible surely? Can 1 be cancelled or will it run from the end of the first one

Hi there ​@ritapt, sorry to hear that. They will both run simultaneously, as they were both purchased at the same time. We’re unable to cancel add-ons I’m afraid. If you message us once the add-ons expire, and we can see you only used usage for one add-on, we can refund it. If you use any of the second add-on, we won’t be able to refund it as it was used.
