Why have I been charged for data roaming in Greece when it is included? How do I get this back?

Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to hear about the unexpected roaming charge I understand how frustrating this can be.
In Greece, roaming with iD Mobile is included depending on your plan, however there are a couple of key conditions that must be met for it to apply correctly.
📶 Possible reasons for the charge
Based on what you’ve described, this usually happens when:
- Your device was not connected to the correct partner network in Greece, so usage was charged outside of the inclusive roaming arrangement
- A Bill Cap was not set to £0, meaning any out-of-plan usage (even accidental network connections) can still be charged
In Greece, you must ensure you are connected to one of the supported partner networks for inclusive roaming to apply correctly.
