Roaming charges clarification

Hi,

I recently got bill saying I used roaming and my bill is now higher than it should be. To my knowledge I haven't used any roaming so if ID mobile believes I have please could you send me which particular dates have I used roaming.

We’re sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had with your bill.

Kindly please be advised that you’ll be able to see the roaming charges as well as the dates that you used roaming on your bill. You can download your bill by following the below steps:

Log in to iD Mobile account

Go to the iD Mobile website or open the iD Mobile app.
Enter your username and password.

Go to My Bills

Once logged in, navigate to the “My Account” or “Bills” section.
You’ll see a list of your recent bills.

Select the bill

Choose the month you want to view.
Click on “View Bill” or “Download Bill.”

Save as PDF

Bills are usually available in PDF format.
You can save it to your device or print it if needed.

Hi,

Also I had the [REMOVED] set up for £10 a month but on my bank statement it says my next payment is £15 pounds. The last payment was £15 because of extra charges but there's no extra charges on the upcoming payment. Can you explain why this is ? I want to keep the £10 payment

Hi

Me and my partner have just come back from holiday and thought both our phones where disabled from roaming and we were using the hotels Wifi but I have just seen our bank statements and have noticed that both our last two ID bills have almost been double our monthly payment plan (Which we have struggled to pay) because our monthly usage allowance crossed over into another month while we were on holiday...the amount is nearly £200….please is there anything that you could do to help refund this amount back to us for what seems a stupid error from us
