Roaming in Turkey doesn't work

I was in Turkey. I bought an add roaming for 5 days but it never worked. I tried all the tettering hacks but non of it works. 

How could I contact the iD about this issue?

    Hi Gemma, Im back in the UK now. I hope the add on cost will not add to my bill.
