Routing and Billing Issue After Cancelled Number Transfer

Dear Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue when calling a Lebara mobile number from my iD Mobile SIM.

The number was originally on Three. I initially attempted to transfer the number to iD Mobile, but the order was later cancelled before completion. After this, the number was successfully ported from Three to Lebara.

Since then, only calls from my iD Mobile SIM to this Lebara number are being treated as chargeable / not routing correctly. Other networks can call the number normally, texting works correctly, and the Lebara SIM can also call my iD Mobile number without issue.

The number starts with 07751, which is a standard UK mobile number range and should normally be included within standard UK allowances.

As the issue only affects calls from iD Mobile following the cancelled transfer request, I believe there may still be an internal routing, provisioning, or billing record associated with the cancelled port.

Could you please escalate this matter to the technical or provisioning team and check whether the number is being incorrectly classified within your system?

Thank you for your assistance.

Kind regards,

Hi @csaa.

Thank you for your post. I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing when calling this number.

From what you’ve described, this will need a closer review of your account and a technical investigation to ensure everything is correctly provisioned following the previous porting process.

To make sure this is fully investigated and escalated to the relevant team, please contact us directly via live chat; https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat so we can access your account securely and look into this in detail for you.

We’ll be happy to help get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Thanks,

Marquerita
