You’ve made a mistake and increased my plan price when I’m sim only. It clearly says on your website that price increases are not for sim only.
Fix this now please. I am very disappointed by how difficult it is to contact you and will be leaving a 1 star review on trustpilot if I don’t have a solution within 24 hours. I will then cancel my contract if you continue to overcharge me against your own T&Cs.
