recently discovered that I had a second mobile contract with iD Mobile which I was completely unaware of, alongside my main account that I have always paid on time. As soon as I became aware of this additional contract, I cancelled it and settled any outstanding balance immediately. I never used this account and did not have the account details or phone number, which is why the missed payments occurred without my knowledge. I have now noticed that two missed payments have been recorded on my credit file via ClearScore, and I believe this is unfair given the circumstances. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and consider removing these missed payment markers as a gesture of goodwill.
