I change my contract earlier in the year for a cheaper bill and I have only just noticed that I am still getting charged for my old contract I have looked on the bills and it looks like I am being charged for the sim-card even though I changed it to use my old number

Hi ​@leon mccormack 1972  it sounds like you may have taken a new contract rather than an upgrade.
