Well still not had a single response back, still the worst customer service in history. I cannot understand why this company doesn't have a official complaints procedure. They will not respond to any requests whatsoever, what is wrong with them.

I am not going to give up on this. Citizens advice next.

Also, what the hell is still wrong with this website? Every single time I load a page it keeps refreshing 20 times a second.

Hi @thompson_2009

What problem are you encountering? If you make a post here on the Community page I’m sure someone would be able to help.

How did you contact CS?

You can contact them via Live Chat:

 https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the chatbot.

Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.

You can also contact iD Mobile via:-

Send a private message via their Socials (Facebook, X or Instagram)
iD Mobile social media accounts:-

or email socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk.

To make a complaint, you can find the details on ‘How to’ via this link:-
https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/complaints-procedure

And yes, the continual refreshing of the page is annoying! It should come with a health warning for anyone who is epileptic!

Good Luck x

I have been complaining for months and getting nowhere, they are not interested in the slightest to acknowledge my complaint whatsoever. Doesn't matter what I do, they will not respond to anything.

They will never treat anyone fairly. Here's my Google review.

If you are sick or vulnerable do not use ID!!!

I'm writing this here, as I know ID will not respond appropriately, or fix anything. And I don't want anyone else to be treated this poorly.

I opened an account with ID years ago. For the first few years I had zero problems, I loved them in fact. But then they joined with Three. After that 95% of the time I had zero service, 5% of the time extremely horrendous service. I WAS/am very sick so I stupidly remained paying them for a year or so, simply because I was too exhausted to make a fuss, and wanted my credit record in tact. So stupidly I kept allowing them to rip me off. I contacted countless times for support. Nothing was ever fixed, and only once during that time was I actually apologised to. But in the end they were not only putting me in literal danger but also in debt so I had no choice but to leave.

I had no contract and was paying around £37 monthly for nothing. I couldn't get hold of anyone at all, let alone anyone important like a doctor. There were many times I couldn't even contact emergency services, and I was left stranded when car broke down twice, and had to use strangers phones to get help. Also, I have extremely bad CPTSD, so can't take calls. I only ring out for health reasons or emergencies. For this reason I always tell any company I deal with to put a note in the system to say don't call, email, or you'll cause me to have a panic attack. I also put this in all my emails. Every few weeks or months I'd get a day when something would magically work. And on these rare days I'd have countless calls from ID, after repeatedly telling them it makes me sick. I sent hundreds of emails trying to fix things, but still they would send saying I'm not responding to calls, I WASN'T GETTING THEM IN REAL TIME. I don't have a time machine. I was using other people's Internet to contact them yet still paying.

Then one week, they literally cost me £150 because I couldn't transfer money due to their Internet (again) and no one was around to help. I was bed ridden and  couldn't contact anyone to sort this out. So not only were they putting me in physical danger over and over again, but they now were costing me even more money, after paying out hundreds for nothing. I had a ton of late fees from people I have no problem with all down to ID. At the time it said I owed thirty odd on my ID account, which technically I didn't as I paid in advance. But when I eventually got hold of them, I said, look, after everything I've been put through, left bed ridden with zero access to doctors, left stranded as couldn't contact road side services, and now you put me in debt, could you at the very least scrub this month. After all I've suffered and paid for nothing for a long time now.

No apology came, I was told they would mayyyyyybe consider dropping £10 off next bill!!! I said, listen, are you reading my messages????? I should be going for compensation, and telling the world about you, I have politely asked you to remove one month as you literally cost my £150 this month. You have not apologised or offered to fix anything. I want this month forgotten or you'll lose me as a customer. I was then told they would forget the £37 odd  and I was so exhausted sorting this {I was hours just getting this very basic thing, with no real politeness} so I wrongly trusted them again {when you are extremely sick and bed ridden it's amazing what abuse you'll put up with}

The bill vanishes off my account, but then the following month I get a double bill and a bunch of threatening emails and texts saying I owe this money. Once again I go through the hours and hours of messages. Explaining I didn't owe anything. Once again very, very rude and unprofessional staff, but eventually they agree I don't owe. Service still horrendous, or not working at all. This goes on for months and my health deteriorates each time I must deal with ID. Then eventually I officially left. I had no contract, but still I went through the online form to change number to a decent company, I screenshot everything to show I'd given proper, legal, official notice. As I knew they would say I owed them. Even with notice they then try to say I owe another month, and re add the month they promised I didn't have to pay, after the many, many, many discussions over this.

I was then contacted by a debt collection team!!!! I contacted them immediately and sent screenshots to prove I'd done everything 100% correctly and owed nothing. They apologised and said they were dropping the case. Then ID reported me to the credit reference agencies dropping me around 120 points!!!! After everything they did to me!!!! I was an excellent customer for years and years, even paying for no service, I was left unable to get to hospitals and then they did this too!

I contacted clearscore to remove this from my records as this was deeply unfair. But I wasn't given the chance to show proof or argue my case. They simply asked ID if I owed and they, of course, said yes, and case was closed!!!

Thankfully I rebuilt my credit and recently got a loan and a few credit cards which I don't even need really, I just took them out to up my records. So I was able to turn things around. But it still looks on my record like I dogged a bill when I did nothing. And I should have this removed. And I should have an apology, and compensation. Please, please if you or your loved ones are sick don't use these people. They don't care if you live or die and have no morals whatsoever!!!!
