suspend account for few months

Is it possible to suspend my account for a few months as I use it to power the wifi router in my caravan. Won’t be using it again until April 2026. Would save cancelling and reapplying next year.

Hi there ​@Filwill, unfortunately, we don’t offer contract freezes. The only options would be to leave the contract running, and charges will continue whether used or not, or cancel the contract early, but pay the termination fee for leaving early.

In that case is there a max roll up amount of data that will be added to my account before I use it again in April 2026?

You can only rollover one months worth of data allowance.
