Tariff Charges.

I have just accepted a Call from a UK mobile number when I am in France.

Will I be charged for this accepted call on my data plan?

    No, you won't be charged simply for receiving a call from a UK mobile number while you're in France.

     

    France is one of our inclusive roaming destinations, so receiving calls there is included as part of your roaming allowance.

     

    If you'd like extra peace of mind while travelling, we'd recommend setting your bill cap to £0.00 in the iD Mobile app to help prevent any unexpected charges.
