If I increase my data to a higher package will I be held to term?

    When you increase your data package, your contract term will remain the same. However, your termination fee may change depending on the line rental of your new package, you will not be held to a new term just for increasing data. The only time your contract term will reset is if you choose to upgrade to a completely new plan.
