Termination Fee After Expired Contract

Hi there,

My contract expired on 17/05/26. I have just requested my PAC and have been told that there will still be an estimated final bill (amounting to the monthly cost of my contract).

 

Why is this the case when my contract has now expired? Is this a mistake?

I’ve been charged a termination fee as well! When I contacted the support team via Chat, I was told that my contract ended on 4th May. I did not use the PAC code till 8th May. Why was I still charged?
