I have had a text to say they have cancelled my direct debit due to 2 failed tries . I know only one try has been done and now I have a email saying I have cancelled direct debit which is wrong as it's still live in my bank account. Live chat just says no one available . In a emergency contacting this company is crap. I only have 1 more month to go till renewal and now I am on restricted services
