Think i have been hacked

I have had a text to say they have cancelled my direct debit due to 2 failed tries . I know only one try has been done and now I have a email saying I have cancelled direct debit which is wrong as it's still live in my bank account. Live chat just says no one available . In a emergency contacting this company is crap. I only have 1 more month to go till renewal and now I am on restricted services

Hi ​@Johnnyduncan, I am sorry to hear of the missed direct debit payments. Can you please check if you have the correct banking details on your account.

 

Alternatively, you can easily update your Direct Debit details through the iD Mobile app or by logging into your online account.

Just follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account.
2. Go to the 'Billing' section.
3. Under 'Manage my Direct Debit', click on 'Manage my details' to make the necessary changes.

 

Kindly note that after reinstating the direct debit, it does take 14 days to become active.

 

Therefore, I would suggest making this month's payment using our automated phone service.

Simply dial 0333 003 0001 or 0333 003 7777 from your iD Mobile phone, then select option 2 followed by option 1 to make a payment.

Enter the amount you wish to pay and your card details. This process is quick, secure, and doesn’t require speaking to an agent.

If you don’t have access to your iD Mobile number, you can still make a manual payment by calling 0333 003 0001. Both options are convenient and secure.

When a direct debit with iD Mobile is returned unpaid, they try a second attempt a few days later. Some banks cancel a direct debit when two or more consecutive attempts go unpaid.
